  • 1. Designs and artwork created with www.tinydesigner.com are free to use in non-commercial and commercial designs and applications

  • 2. You should provide a link back to www.tinydesigner.com in anyone of your pages where designs created by this application are used.

  • 3. You are free to distribute designs created with this application if they are your own creation.

  • 4. we DON'T approve violence, hate, racism and profanation, so you SHOULD NOT use this application or the designs created with this application in/for those kind of stuff. Also you SHOULD NOT place/use designs created with this application on websites with sexual (or erotic), hate or racist content!

  • 5. If you decide to market/sell your designs created with this application, you are free to do so. But consider making a donation to us to keep this service available for free.

  • 6. You SHOULD NOT redistribute the sample designs and supporting files hosted in this site. You should only link back to the original url in this site.

  • 7. In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to us will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

  • 8. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from India or other relevant countries).

Sathya systems gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive licence to use the software provided to you by Sathya Systems as part of the Services as provided to you by Sathya Systems (referred to as the “Software” below). This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Sathya Systems, in the manner permitted by the Terms.

You may not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law, or unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by Sathya Systems, in writing.

This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling Sathya Systems to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services.

  • 5. SATHYA SYSTEMS FURTHER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

And we should not be troubled with any evil activities which may cause Sathya systems to stop this service or penalized in any form.
